1. Returns Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened or used products (unless damaged or defective)
- Gift cards
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@glassplunie.com or call (703) 724-7816 with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Condition of Returned Items
- All returned products must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct a restocking fee.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the product is defective or damaged.
5. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. We will help you process the exchange based on availability.
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference, and if it’s of lower value, you will receive a refund for the difference.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@glassplunie.com or (703) 724-7816 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.
7. Late Returns
- Returns received after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
