Items must be in the exact condition in which you received them, without any signs of wear, modifications, or misuse. Products must be in resalable condition. Items that have been used, are damaged, or missing components will not be accepted for return.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, for all returns and exchanges. We cannot process any returns without a proof of purchase from our website.
Return Authorization: All returns must receive prior authorization. You must contact our customer support team for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any product. Returns that are sent to us without a RA number will be refused and returned at your expense.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Personalized or Custom Items: Products that have been personalized, engraved, custom-built, or custom-ordered to your specific requirements are generally not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or an error on our part. This includes all custom orders or special request orders.
Clearance Items: Products purchased on clearance, as-is, open-box, or final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Gift Cards: Gift cards and store credit cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery to your specified address. Failure to notify us within 7 days will be considered as acceptance of goods as they were received.
How to Initiate a Return

Package Your Return: Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, manuals, and labels. Enclose a copy of your proof of purchase and the RA number. Ensure that all fragile items are packaged sufficiently to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for any items that are damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging.
Ship Your Return: Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged or defective products or errors on our part. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.
