- Orders placed on Glassplunie are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next available business day.
- You will receive an email notification once your order is processed and ready for shipment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that your order arrives on time. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on factors like location, weather, and carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping may be available for orders over a specific amount or during promotional periods. If applicable, this will be clearly indicated at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to check the status of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Glassplunie currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are exploring the possibility of expanding our shipping options in the future.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.
6. Order Confirmation and Delivery
- After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. This email serves as confirmation that we have received your order.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. This will allow you to follow your order’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.
7. Lost or Damaged Items

- We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to resolve the problem. Depending on the situation, we will either offer a replacement or refund for the damaged or lost items.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Glassplunie is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make any necessary corrections before shipping.
9. Signature Requirements
- For certain high-value or large orders, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, the carrier will leave instructions for rescheduling the delivery or for picking up the package from a local facility.
10. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
- Unfortunately, Glassplunie can only ship to one address per order. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery location.
